How it works:

We want you to witness excellence in action. To qualify for this sponsorship, you must be selected to attend an upcoming 2Fly International Graduation Ceremony and be officially assigned to support one of our graduating pilots.

The Offer Includes:

• Full coverage of US Visa Application Fees.

• Official Letter of Invitation/Sponsorship from 2Fly International to present at the US Embassy.

It does not matter where you are in the world! If you have a passion for aviation and wish to celebrate the achievements of our newest pilots, you are eligible to apply.

Terms and Conditions:

Selection by 2Fly International covers financial costs and invitation documentation only. The final decision to grant a visa rests solely with the US Department of State and the Consular Officer at the US Embassy in your region. Standard US immigration requirements apply.

Terms and Conditions: 2Fly International Graduation Guest Sponsorship

Last Updated: 26 October, 2025

Welcome to the 2Fly International Graduation Guest Program. By applying to participate in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting your application.

1. Program Overview

2Fly International (” The Company”) selects individuals from the global community (“The Applicant”) to attend our Pilot Graduation Ceremony as official guests. Selected Applicants will be “Assigned” to a graduating pilot to serve as their honorary supporter during the ceremony. In exchange for this role, The Company agrees to sponsor the Applicant’s US Visa application process.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for the “Assignment” and subsequent Visa Sponsorship, the Applicant must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.

• Possess a valid passport from their country of citizenship with at least 6 months of validity remaining.

• Have no prior criminal record or previous bans/deportations from the United States that would automatically disqualify them from entry.

• Be available to travel during the specific dates of the Graduation Ceremony.

3. The “Assignment” Process

Selection is not automatic. To claim the sponsorship, an Applicant must be officially Assigned to a graduating pilot. The process is as follows:

1. Submission: The Applicant submits a profile/application via the 2Fly International portal.

2. Review: The 2Fly Selection Committee reviews applications

3. Matching: Successful Applicants are paired (Assigned) to a specific graduating pilot.

4. Confirmation: The Applicant receives an official “Letter of Assignment” and “Invitation to Graduation.” Only possession of these documents confirms the sponsorship.

4. Scope of Visa Sponsorship

If an Applicant is successfully Assigned, 2Fly International will provide the following:

• Financial Coverage: Payment of the standard US Non-Immigrant Visa (B1/B2) application fee (DS-160 fee).

• Documentation: An official Letter of Invitation and Sponsorship addressed to the US Consulate/Embassy, stating the purpose of the visit (attending the graduation).

Important Limitations:

• Authority: 2Fly International does not issue visas. The decision to grant or deny a visa rests solely with the United States Department of State and the Consular Officer interviewing the applicant.

• 10-Year Validity: While 2Fly International sponsors the application for a standard Business/Tourism visa (often issued for 10 years), the actual validity period of the visa depends on the reciprocity schedule between the USA and the Applicant’s country of citizenship. 2Fly cannot guarantee the duration of the visa.

• Denials: If the US Embassy denies the visa application, 2Fly International is not responsible for overturning the decision, nor will the Company provide cash equivalents for the denied visa fee.

5. Travel and Expenses

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate “Travel Grant” agreement:

• This sponsorship covers Visa Application Fees only.

• Flights, accommodation, food, and ground transportation to/from the graduation ceremony are the sole responsibility of the Applicant.

6. Revocation of Assignment

2Fly International reserves the right to revoke an Assignment and withdraw sponsorship if:

• The Applicant provides false information during the application process.

• The Applicant behaves in a manner detrimental to the reputation of 2Fly International.

• The assigned Pilot does not meet their graduation requirements (in this case, the Applicant will be placed on a priority waitlist for the next ceremony).

Summary of Legal Disclaimer

2Fly International is a private aviation training organization and is not affiliated with the United States Government. Participation in this program guarantees the payment of application fees and provision of supporting documents only; it does not guarantee entry into the United States.
